Dennis Estill "Red" Parks, age 66, of Jacksboro, passed away Friday, Nov. 23. He was a member of Little Cove Creek Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by parents, John Lee and Jewelene Hill Parks; sister, Phyllis Boyce; and brothers, Doyle Parks, David Parks, and twin brother, Donald Parks. He is survived by daughter, Kimberly Elizabeth Brown; son, Steven Gregory Parks; brothers, Jimmy Parks and Steve Parks; sister, Jeannie Baird; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, Dec. 2 at 3 p.m. at Heritage Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Ward officiating. Condolences may be given online at www.cross-smithfuneralhome.com .
