Barbara J. Camp June 7, 1931 - July 26, 2018 Barbara J. Schneider Camp, born June 7, 1931 to Fred & Helen Furrow Schneider in Murray, Utah, passed away peacefully on July 26th. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Those who knew her loved her smile and sweet personality. Barbara lived in the San Francisco bay area most of her life, moving to Modesto along with her husband in 1986. She loved to do crafts and excelled at anything she attempted. She attended the College of San Mateo and in 1951 married Thayer Bennett Camp. Barbara was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints and held many various positions. Barbara enjoyed her membership in the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and, not long ago, was recognized for 50 years of membership. Barbara is survived by her children, Rod Camp, Cyndi Luciani and Cheryl Jensen; 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her husband, parents, brother Fred Schneider and sister Carol Schneider Jessen. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 4th, at Turlock Memorial Park, 575 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.
