Bettie Louise Fahm
Bettie Louise Fahm, 90, passed away on December 31, 2017 Bettie was born on October 29, 1927 in Savannah, Ga to Lester and Fronita (Clark) NeSmith. She spent 22 years as a military wife, with many moves and memories created along the way, finally settling in the Orange Park, FL area in 1977. A consummate mother and homemaker, Bettie spent her entire adult life putting the needs of her family before her own. Her children were always her highest priority. Once she had succeeded in raising her children, Bettie was employed by Ulrich Research Services. Her many years at Ulrich were cherished as she was treated with great respect and appreciated the wonderful relationships built. Prior to her declining health, Bettie was an active member of Good Samaritan Anglican Church where she enjoyed many years of devotion and friendships. Her faith was her sustaining strength. She is preceded in death by her son Timothy Fahm. Bettie is survived by her children Linda Kenney, Rebecca (Patrick) Croghan, Benjamin Fahm Jr, Laura (Jack) Dunham, Nancy (Kevin) Niewulis, 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be 1 PM Friday January 5th, 2018 in Evergreen Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. A visitation will be held at 12 PM prior to the service.
