Dwight Moody Hickman June 22, 1946- February 15, 2017 Phenix City, AL- Dwight Moody Hickman, 70 of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the Columbus Hospice House. A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Lakewood Baptist Church in Phenix City with Rev. Charles Keown officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Mr. Hickman was born June 22, 1946 in Columbus, Georgia; son of the late Horace Bradley Hickman and Charlie Mae Burton Hickman. He was retired from Johnston Industries, was a member of Golden Acres Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Hutchins Hickman, sons, Thomas Bradley Hickman and his wife, Kimberly and Lee Brian Hickman all of Phenix City, AL; brother, Gary Hickman and wife Tyrene of Phenix City, AL, sister, Virginia Hall and husband Norman of Williamston, SC, and grandsons, Sheldon Bradlee Hickman of Phenix City, AL, Shea Alexander Craft of Tampa, FL and many nieces and nephews.
