Russell A. Jackson
Russell A. Jackson, Russ, age 65, of Fall River passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017 in Pawtucket Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Debra A. (Saucier) Jackson to whom he has been married for the past 40 years. Born in Fall River, a son of the late William and Ethelvina (Souza) Jackson, he was a lifelong resident of the city. A graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School, he worked as an offset pressman for American Printing in Pawtucket and prior to that he worked at the former R.E. Smith Printing in Fall River. Russ was a former member of the Fall River Lodge of Elks #118. He was an avid sports fan and loved music. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters; Jennifer Szcesniak, Christy Roy and her husband Jeffrey all of Westport, one brother; Donald Jackson of Fall River, one sister; Ada Wilders and her husband Stephen of Carlsbad, CA, three granddaughters; Leah Kahahelis, Holly Roy and Amber Roy and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late David Souza. His Funeral will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 10:00AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River. Relatives and friends invited.
