Margaret M. Frazier 1960—2017 Margaret Mary Frazier, 56, of Freeport, IL, died February 15, 2017 at University of Wisconsin Hospital, Madison. Margaret Mary Frazier was born on June 11, 1960 in Belvidere, Illinois, the daughter of Agnes and Elmer Frazier. She was a graduate of Sycamore High School in Sycamore, Illinois. Margaret resided at Rye Trail Court group home in Freeport and attended daily workshop and classes at Malcolm Eaton Enterprises in Freeport. She loved to work and make money. She was a big Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed country music. Surviving Meg are 4 siblings Michael (Marilyn) Frazier of Sterling, IL; Marc Frazier of Oak Park; Mary (Bill) Zimmerman of Cooksville, WI; and Marcia Frazier of Cambridge, WI. Meg is also survived by her housemates at Rye Ridge Court, her co-workers at Malcolm Eaton, and staff from both facilities who lovingly cared for her for many years. She was known for remembering everyone's birthdays with cards including her nephews Michael, Ben, and Marty; her nieces Molly and Madeline, and her great-nephew, JiAire. She was preceded in death by her parents Agnes and Elmer Frazier. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at McDonald's Funeral Home, 505 First Avenue, Sterling, Illinois on Saturday, February 18 with service following at 2 p.m. A graveside service at Calvary Cemetery will follow. A luncheon will then be served at St. Mary's Parish Hall in Sterling, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lily's Fund for Epilepsy Research or Malcolm Eaton Enterprises.
