Imogene (Jeannie) Riley
Imogene (Jeannie) Riley Beloved mother, passed away peacefully on the evening of January 14, 2017. Jeannie was born in Redwater, Texas in 1926. She moved to Marin County in 1955 to be with her husband, William G. Riley. Jeannie was a Chef at the Rafael Racquet Club for over 20 years and operated her own catering company. Jeannie was a member at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church for over 50 years. She served as an elder and a deacon in the church. In her free time she enjoyed water aerobics, working in her garden, helping the sick and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her daughter Vonda Riley, son Michael E. Riley, and her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia (Kay) and Dave Huerls III. Many thanks to the staff at the Oaks, Heartland Hospice and her various caregivers. Jeannie requested her ashes be interred with her husband at the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, CA. A memorial service will be held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Sunday, Feb. 19, 2:30pm at 101 Donahue St., Sausalito, CA. In her memory consider a donation to one of the following organizations: Heartland Hospice, Alzheimer's Association.
