In memory of
Daniel Lukasavage, 75, of Courtdale, formerly of Swoyersville, passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, at his home. Born in Kingston, son of the late Anna Yarmel Lukasavage and John Lukasavage, an immigrant of Lithuania, Dan was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, Class of 1959. Prior to retirement, Daniel was employed by Wilkes-Barre International Truck Center, Duke Isaacs and Nicholas Truck Center. Dan enjoyed hunting and spending time at his cabin. Dan also enjoyed visiting the casino. More than anything Dan loved spending time with his grandchildren and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Catherine Urban, and his brother, John Lukasavage, along with his stepson, Ben Foulkrod. Dan is survived by his longtime companion, Linda Foulkrod and her daughter, Shea; children, Linda Bevan and husband, Ken, Hunlock Creek; Anna Rindgen and husband, Bob Derby, Connecticut; and Daniel Lukasavage and wife, Renee, Luzerne; grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Amanda, Jessica and Samantha; and sister, Irene June, Bridgeport, Conn. Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Lehman-Gregory Funeral Home Inc., 281 Chapel St., Swoyersville. A private burial will be held at the convience of the family.
