Frank Joseph Pagnano Born October 25, 1934, died Sunday, January 1, 2017 at the age of 82 at his home in Wilmington, California following a three year battle with bone marrow cancer and leukemia. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Helen Marie Pagnano; 2 daughters Lavinia P. (Trudy) Pagnano of Falls City, Nebraska; Debra A. Crosby (Jim) of Westminster, Colorado; sons, Dennis A. Pagnano (Carol), of Romulus, Michigan and Garth Guessman (Corilyn), of Wilmington, California; eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Frank was the third child of eleven in the Pagnano family. Frank met his wife, Helen Duhon, in Omaha, Nebraska. They were married on February 6, 1955 in National City, California Frank joined the Navy at the young age of 17 proudly serving his country in the Viet Nam war. Frank continued to serve his country for 12 years in active duty, as well as 12 additional years in the Naval reserves with an honorable discharge from the Navy in 1991. After serving in the military, Frank worked at Garrett for 10 years as a machinist, after retiring from Garrett he went on to become a security guard at the Pinkerton Security.
