Abraham Ibarra
Mission - Abraham Ibarra, 16, went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2017, at Doctor's Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Abraham loved working out and was a basketball player for Mission Veterans Memorial. His favorite teams were the Rio Grande Valley Vipers and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Julian Ibarra and Elena Guerrero and his maternal grandfather, Jesus Vargas. He is survived by his parents, George and Araceli Ibarra, siblings; Brandon Jacob Ibarra, Kameron Isaiah Ibarra, Evelyn Nicole Lomas, Andrew Nathan Lomas, Carmen (Juno) Ibarra Morales, Caroline Ibarra, George Ibarra Jr., and Jorge (Lilly) Omar Ibarra, maternal grandmother, Marcelina Vargas, aunts and uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews. Abraham was loved by many and his life will leave a lasting impact and he will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at Palm Valley Church in Mission from 10am-12pm. Funeral service will be held at 12pm with burial to follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Services are under the direction of Ric Brown Family Funeral Home of Mission.
