Catherine Plouffe Browning —Catherine V. Plouffe passed away January 10th, in Ronan, Montana. Born September 12, 1943, in Browning, to Joseph Big Beaver and Margaret Boy, she was a member of the Blackfeet Tribe. She married Arthur Plouffe in Browning in 1960. A dedicated wife and mother, they made their home in Pablo for the last six years, moving there from Kalispell. Survivors include her husband Arthur; her children Gary, Bruce, Kenneth, Gina, and Catherine Plouffe; siblings Robert Big Beaver, Jewel Big Beaver, Ernestine FourHorns, Henrietta Duran, Etta Wippert, Ida LeDeau; and numerous other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Wake is at Old Eagle Shields starting Friday evening, Rosary Sunday at 7pm, and Mass at 11am Monday in Little Flower Parish.. Burial to follow at Holy Family Mission Cemetery in Two Medicine.
