In memory of
Harold E.Galloway of Las Cruces, New Mexico, entered eternal rest on January 5,2017. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Beverly Jean Nigh Galloway, of the family home. Mr. Galloway was born May 8, 1926 in Logan, New Mexico, to the late John Byron Galloway and Kathern Primrose Galloway. Mr. Galloway served in the Army Air Corps, prior to the formation of the US Air Force, during World War 2. In 1961, he opened and operated H&B Body Shop in Las Cruces. Highly respected for providing quality automotive body work, Mr. and Mrs. Galloway, always inseparable, owned and managed the business until it was sold in 2016. In addition to his wife, Mr. Galloway is survived by his brother, Bob Galloway (Jacky), his brother-in-law, Bill Nigh, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, his older brother John B. Galloway, and his sister Betty Galloway Wade. A visitation is scheduled at 12 noon on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, at Graham's Mortuary, with the funeral service following at 1:00 in the Chapel with the Reverend Darren Skinner officiating. Interment will follow at Hillrise Memorial Gardens, and a reception will be held at 3:00 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church. Pallbearers will be Richard McGuinn.
