In memory of
Jean-Paul Rouleau, age 64, of Bridgeport, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016 after a long illness. Born in Quebec, Canada, son of the late Leo and Rollande Raymond Rouleau, Jean-Paul moved to Bridgeport when he was seven years old and lived there the rest of his life. He had worked as a self employed construction contractor. Survivors include his sisters Francine Quinn and her husband Samuel of Bridgeport, Rejeanne Auger of Marlboro, NY, Jeannette Courbron and her husband Raymond of Bridgeport and Brigitte Skudlarek and her husband John of Beacon Falls, a sister in law Dorothy Rouleau and brother in law Robert Derrah as well as nine nieces and twelve nephews. Jean-Paul was predeceased by his brothers Rejean, Raymond, Renaud, Ronald and Michael Rouleau and sisters Lionette and Raymonde Rouleau and Micheline Derrah and Jacinthe Rouleau. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10 am directly at the St. Augustine Cathedral, Washington Ave., Bridgeport with burial to follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7 pm in the Lesko & Polke FuneralHome, 1209 Post Rd., Fairfield Center.
