Ann (Gatto) Truglio
Ann (Gatto) Truglio, 68, of Old Forge, died Sunday afternoon in Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. Born in Old Forge, daughter of the late Dominick and Mary DiGregorio Gatto, she was educated in the Old Forge School District. In the past, Ann was employed at the Laurels of Old Forge, as well as at Hi-Grade Pants. Surviving are a brother, Joseph Gatto, of Dunmore; an aunt, Mary Capitano, Old Forge; sisters-in-law, Betty Gatto, Gloria Gatto and Lillian Smith; her longtime companion, Stephen Shoemaker; and nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Ross Gatto. Committal rites will be held Monday at 11:30 a.m. in the Cathedral Cemetery Chapel, by Deacon Joseph Donovan of Prince of Peace Parish. Interment will follow. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Victor M. Ferri Funeral Home, Robert J. Gillette, funeral director, 522 Fallon St., Old Forge.
