CLACK, William "Harold" William "Harold" Clack, age 89, of the Centerville Community, Georgia, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, October 14, 2016. He is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years, Joan Moon Clack; sons & daughters-in-law; Tommy & Martha Clack of the Centerville Community, Philip & Pam Clack of Good Hope; three grandchildren, Buck & Britt Clack of McDonough, Justin Clack & Carolyn Thomas of Watkinsville, Travis & Lauren Clack of Panama City Beach, FL; one great granddaughter, Carolina Clack; brother, Dilmus Clack of MI; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of many friends. Mr. Clack was preceded in death by his parents, Annie Davis Clack and James Pearl Clack; four siblings, Willie Dean Boothby, Pauline Cottingham, Evelyn Boss, J.D. Clack; mother and father-in-law, Annie Lee Baker Moon and Collie James Moon. Mr. Clack was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia, on July 4, 1927. He attended Grayson High School and retired from three different jobs; 22 years of service with the Atlanta Army Depot, 23 years of service with Kraft Foods, and 22 years of service with Snellville Auto Center. He was a United States Army veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict. Harold and was a patriotic man, devoted to his Lord, family and country. Harold was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Loganville and is going to be deeply missed for his devotion to his family and his country. The Service Honoring the Life of Mr. Clack will be held Monday, October 17, 2016, at 2:30 P.M. at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel with Rev. Dr. Don Richards and Rev. Tom Foskey officiating. Interment will follow at Rockbridge Baptist Cemetery (Centerville Community). The family will receive friends on Sunday, Oct. 16th from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
