Robert C. TAYLOR
TAYLOR, Robert C. Born in Pullman, WA, 1926. Died in Spokane, WA, 2016. Served in the Army during WWII in the Philip-pine Islands as a Tec 4. Married Phyllis Pedey in 1948. They were married for 68 years. Our father was in the watch repair and later the jewelry business for 42 years. He established his own business in 1964, Taylor Mfg. Jewelers. He did repair and special orders for many well known retail stores for 27 years until retirement. Our father was a kind, gentle and funny man. He had friends from many walks of life. He loved his wife, daughters and grandchildren very much. He loved gardening with our mother and created a park in the "back 40" as we called it. Survived by his wife, Phyllis, daughters Teresa Hulett (Ray), Sondra Taylor-Kelly (Thom), grandchildren: Laura Thulean (great-grandchildren Amber, Chelsea great-great-grandson Ryker), Jill Grove (Mark) (great-grandson Kaden), Nicolas Garofalo (great-grand-daughters Chloe and Emma). Special thanks to North Central Care for all they did for Dad for five years. No services at Dad's request, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
