Pamela Kay (Lewis) Verdeyen
Pamela Kay Verdeyen (Lewis) left on 10/10/2016 to fly with the angels. She was born 11/12/1954 to Warren and Ruth (Wolfe) Lewis in Gibson City, Ill. Pamela "Pam" fought courageously for 10 1/2 years battling ovarian cancer, and did it with grace and dignity. She was loved by many. Pam loved reading, cooking, camping, Red Feather Lakes, and spending time with family and friends. Pam will be remembered as a brave and spirited human being. She will also be remembered for her beautiful sense of humor. Pam is survived by her husband, Ronald Verdeyen; daughter, Heather (Pete) Valconesi of Johnstown; son, Melvin (DaLisha) Verdeyen of Loveland; brother, Melvin (Marcy) Lewis of Oregon; grandchildren: Jarrid Vasquez, Raelyn and Hunter Valconesi, Kailee Verdeyen; and her loving extended family. Pamela is preceded in death by her parents. The family wants to give a special thanks to the Oncology Department at PVH, Dr. Diana Medgyesy and her staff. A celebration of life will be held on 11/12/2016 @ 1:00 p.m. at 4940 County Road 46 Johnstown, Colorado 80534.
