Marcy Kurtz Houston, TX Marcy E. Kurtz, daughter, sister, aunt, loving friend, yoga instructor extraordinaire, attorney, began her next trip around the world on October 12, 2016. Marcy lived her life to the fullest and she designed her life exactly the way she wanted to live. She leaves behind an incredible legacy. Marcy leaves her Mother, Barbara Jue of whom she cherished and adored, her step-father, William Jue, her best friend and sister, Dale Kurtz, her special brother, Jeffery Kurtz and the one that was most precious to her, Sam Stewart, her nephew. Marcy leaves many friends from all walks of life, all of whom have been touched in some way by her magnificent and dynamic presence. There were many facets to Marcy. She was an incredible athlete. She ran numerous marathons, she was an ultra-marathon. She quickly rose to become a beloved Baptist yoga instructor. She was a mentor to many young women both personally and professionally. She utilized her professional abilities to help those who were in need without ever expecting anything in return. She was humble about sharing her successes. She would go to extraordinary lengths to make sure she had helped others when they were in need. She will be missed by many in so many ways, but the way Marcy touched people she will live in our hearts forever. She was especially passionate about women taking good care of their bodies.
