Anthony "Tony" Patrick Buldo Sept. 13, 1942 - Oct. 10, 2016 Visalia Anthony (Tony) Patrick Buldo, 74, beloved husband, father, brother a grandfather died October 10, 2016. Tony was born in City of Summit, New Jersey on September 13, 1942 to Patrick and Lena Buldo. He was the oldest of three boys and he is preceded in death by his parents. Tony grew up in the Bay Area attending DelMar and Campbell High School and San Jose City College. In College he met the love of his life Judie Fumia. Once they were married, Tony continued working in the family garbage business and served in the Army National Guard. After starting a family they moved to Visalia, California in 1966. While in Visalia, Tony began farming and became a partner of Airdrome Orchards all while raising his three children. Tony had a lifelong love for music and playing the trumpet. He played in various bands his whole life, but loved playing at the Ritchie Barn with the Fun Country Band. He enjoyed the life of a citrus farmer. He devoted his whole life to farming and his family. Tony also enjoyed being a member of the Sons of Italy Enrico Caruso Lodge #1463 in Visalia for over 47 years. Another great love of his was playing softball. In fact he died while playing at the World Senior Games in Utah surrounded by his teammates who accompanied him to the hospital. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judie and their three children Pamela (Eric), Suzanne (Henry) and Paul (Vanessa). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren Gianna, Anthony, Brianna, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Nico and Marco and his two brothers Louie (Lynda) and Dennis (Paula), Family was everything to him. His grandchildren lit up his life!! A viewing will be held at 4:00pm Wednesday, October 19, 2016 followed by a rosary at 6:30pm at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Mary's Catholic Church followed by burial with Military Honors in the Visalia District Cemetery.
