Kenneth S. Cousino
COUSINO Kenneth S. Kenneth S. Cousino, age 84 of Toledo, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2016. He was born to Burton and Beatrice (Bodi) Cousino on January 16, 1932. He was a graduate of Clay High School and then went on to serve his country proudly in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a Paramedic. Ken spent his career working as a Pattern Maker for Doehler Jarvis until the time of his retirement. He was a member of the VFW and enjoyed bowling and fishing. Uncle Kenny was greatly loved by all of his nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his wife of 50 plus years, Ruth; he was adored by his second wife, Marlene; his parents; siblings, Reynold, Joyce Peters, Donna Jean Speweick, Robert and Jerry Cousino. He is survived by his siblings, Marion Day, Burton Cousino Jr., Judy Eaton, Larry (Teresa) Cousino, Sharon (Joe) Filipovich and many nieces and nephews of the Byrne, McDermott and the Milliken families. Friends may visit at the Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., on Tuesday, October 18th from 2:00-8:00 p.m. where a Scripture Service will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 19th beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the mortuary, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Perrysburg Commons for their compassionate care. Memorials may take the form of contributions to Heartland Hospice.
