Dagoberto Romero November 1, 1931 - October 11, 2016 Danville, CA Dagoberto passed away peacefully at his home. He was the loving husband of Stella, adored father of his three daughters,: Sylvia Romero, Patricia Romero Cronin (Kevin) and Dorianne Romero Plihon; seven grandchildren, Briana Cronin Clifford (Kevin), Meagan Romero Cronin, Daniel Romero Stern, Andi Romero Stern (d), Alyse Romero Cronin, Evan Luc Romero Plihon and Segolen Romero Plihon. He lived for and loved his family unconditionally and dedicated his life to giving them everything. He always put them first. Dagoberto "Dag" accomplished many things. He studied Civil Engineering and received his Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees from the University of San Francisco. He earned his certification as a Professional Engineer. He was a lifelong learner and went on to accrue many more academic achievements and accolades. He worked for PG&E for 43 years. He was President of PSEA for multiple years, PG&E's employee club. He was Captain of the Chess Club, he was a Union Representative for Engineers and chosen as the Hispanic spokesperson on behalf of PG&E. A service will be held on Saturday, October 15th at 10:30AM at St. Mary's Church, 2039 Mtn Diablo, Walnut Creek, CA. A Celebration of Life immediately following.
