George B. Foehringer
George B. Foehringer, 81, of Renfrew passed away Wednesday at the VA Butler Healthcare. He was born in April of 1935 in Zelienople to the late George R. Foehringer and Mae Hilliard Foehringer. Mr. Foehringer worked at Heckett MultiServ for 25 years as a director of marketing. He was a member of the Butler County Amateur Radio Club, Butler County Artists and a life member of B.P.O. Elks. Mr. Foehringer was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife, Louise DeRita Foehringer, who he married Nov. 7, 1959; one son, George Bruce Foehringer and his wife, Diana, of Butler; two daughters, Shari Foehringer of Zelienople and Susan Moniot and her husband, Dave, of Cranberry Township; two granddaughters, Grace Louise and Gretchen Nicole Foehringer; one sister, Betty Suzanne Lintz and her husband, Lawrence, of Calabash, N.C.; and a number of nieces and nephews. FOEHRINGER - Friends of George B. Foehringer, who died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016, will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Fred Kison, pastor of Christ Outreach Church, officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Butler County Humane Society, 1015 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053. The Bantam Marine Corps League Detachment 743 will conduct military honors at the funeral home after the service. Online condolences can be given at .
