Marceline Elenore "Marcie" (Hagemeister) WOHLERS
Age 92 of Mendota Heights Died Peacefully October 11, 2016. Born February 24, 1924 in St. Paul to Frederick and Emeline (nee Beaudette) Hagemeister. Marcie passed away peacefully at her home with family close by her side. Survived by Ralph, her devoted husband of 67 years as well as their eight children, Jeanne (Michael Meeks), Catherine (Ed Lauer), Thomas Ralph, Richard (Karen), Theresé, Mari (Scott Erb), Anne (Rich Post), and James. She also had 17 Grandchildren, and 14 Great Grandchildren (with more to come). Marcie was a life-long resident of the Township of Mendota and Mendota Heights. She is also the oldest member of the Church of St Peter. She lived a full life of fun and adventure as a world traveler, camper, and always loved her cabin life. She was a devoted member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Marcie's tireless devotion to her husband and children will be forever loved and treasured. She was a teacher in Delano, Gaylord, and Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Marcie also served as a substitute teacher with both ISD 197 and 191. She was a business owner with her husband Ralph; who together owned Sir Speedy Printing in Eagan. Marcie proudly graduated from St Joseph's Academy and the College of St Catherine. Visitation will be 3-6 PM, Sunday, October 16 at Klecatsky and sons Eagan Chapel, 1580 Century Point Road, and 1 hour prior to 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, October 17 at the Church of St. Peter, 1405 Sibley Memorial Highway, Mendota Heights. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the Historic Preservation of the Church of St Peter. The family would like to give special thanks to the excellent care provided by our Allina Hospice Team and also the many friends and neighbors who offered prayers, and brought so many delicious meals and treats.
