Everett E. Yule Jr. ROCKWELL - Everett Edward "Skip" Yule, Jr. of Rockwell, passed away on Nov. 24, 2012 at Carolina Medical Center Northeast in Concord. Mr. Yule was born on July 14, 1942 in Boston, Mass., son of the late Everett Edward Yule, Sr. and Barbara Joesphine Landry Yule. Everett attended Canton High School, he was a Veteran of the United States Army Reserves. He was an autobody man and a truck driver, working both for himself and others during his career. Everett was a member of the Patriot Guard, the John Deere Club, and the Salisbury HOG Chapter. He participated in Toys for Tots, he enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles, his Bronco and tinkering with both. He also enjoyed being a grandfather! Everett is survived by his Fiancee, Linda Love of Rockwell; his ex-wife of 34 years, Roberta Bernhardy Yule-Maddox and their children, William Ralph "Bill" Yule and wife Jennifer Rene of Salisbury, Matthew Martin Yule and wife Tina Louise of Universal City, Tex., daughter, Dawn-Marie Yule Barfield and husband Ricky of Converse, Tex.; sister, Diane Corinne Yule-Mullaney and husband Kenneth of San Tan Valley, Ariz.; grandchildren, Cody, Anthony, Amy, Krysta, Aspen, April, Brett, Matthew, Abigail, Aubrey, Jacob, Zane and Zachary; and great-grandson, Bently. Visitation and Services: The funeral service will be on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Powles Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Rev. Gary Gaskins, Pastor of Cornerstone Bible Church of Asheboro and Rev. Robert Earnhardt, Pastor of Cross of Christ Church. Burial will follow at Brookhill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012 from 6- 7:30 p.m. at Powles Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Powles Funeral Home to help with final expenses. The family would like to thank CMC ICU Nurses and Dr. Greene, the Rowan County Rescue Squad and Bostian Heights Volunteer Fire Department.
