JOHN FARRINGTON
FARRINGTON JOHN, passed away on September 16, 2009. He was 62 years old. Legacy John was a good hearted man who was full of life. He was the kind of guy who would do anything, for anybody. He was fun loving and knew how to have a good time. John's passion was music and he was a member of the group, A Moments Pleasure for over 25 years. John loved a game of chance and you would often find him playing his scratch off lottery tickets and enjoying his times down at the casinos. John also enjoyed watching boxing matches. Born and raised in Philadelphia, John was a resident of Wenonah since 2001. He was a Septa bus driver for 22 years and this job led him to his love, Debbie. John was a proud United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War serving from 1966—1968. Family Beloved husband of 10 years to Debbie A. (nee Scholl). Devoted father of Deserie (Jason) Scarberry, Sean Farrington, Jonathan Canal and Gianna Canal. Loving grandfather of Shane Farrington and Frankie, Sadie and Layla Scarberry. Dear brother of Jane Mountain and Joseph F. Dear son-in-law of Jean and Lindell Scholl and survived my many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
