Funeral services for Bobby W. Hogan, age 80, of Choudrant, LA will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston. Officiating the service will be his grandson, Rev. Joshua Sanderson. Interment will follow in Longstraw Cemetery, Choudrant, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Bobby was a member of First Baptist Church in Ruston. He served in the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Irene Hogan; his brothers, LeMoyne Hogan and Lamar Hogan; and his first wife, Lorena Franklin Hogan. He is survived by his wife, Billie F. Hogan of Choudrant; son, Mike Hogan and wife Sandy of Choudrant; daughter, Debbie Sanderson and husband Bill of Choudrant; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; brother, Paul Hogan and wife Johnnie of Ruston; daughters, Rebecca Robison and husband, Donnie of Monticello, KY and Suzette Bullock of Covington, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Jonathan Green, Matthew Green, Kyle Hogan, Tyler Hogan, Joshua Jordan, Alan Katzenmeyer, and Joe Robison. Honorary pallbearers are Don Hogan and Zack Spivey. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday, September 2, 2013 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
