Kenneth "Ken" Kwolik
Kenneth J. "Ken" Kwolik, age 66, of McHenry, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019. He was born April 8, 1952, to the late Walter and Marie (nee Dray) Kwolik, in Chicago. On November 14, 1970, he married the love of his life, Valerie "Val" Gleason. Ken was an avid Cubs fan. He had a passion for camping, fishing, and cars. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Val; son, Thomas "Tom" (Phil) Kwolik; and sister: Nadine Macak. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Dotson. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019, from 9am until the time of Funeral Mass at 10:30am at the Church of Holy Apostles, 5211 W Bull Valley Road, McHenry. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ken's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
