DONNA L. COSTELLO
(nee Nicharot), age 79, of Lorain, formerly of Cleveland, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain. She was born on January 27, 1939 in Johnstown, PA and moved to the Cleveland area when she was a young girl. She lived most of her life in Cleveland until 14 years ago when she and her husband moved to Lorain. She is a member of St. Patrick's Church in Cleveland. Donna enjoyed her shopping trips and never came home empty-handed. She always looked forward to meeting up with or going out to eat with her sisters and friends. Donna really enjoyed cooking for her family, especially when she made new recipes from the cooking shows she watched. She will be dearly missed by her husband of 50 years, James Costello, her children; Robert Costello, Marie Costello, and Brian (Kim Kelly) Costello, her 2 grandchildren; Brian, Jr. and John, and her siblings; Dolores(Don) Miller, Jean (Don) Stickney, Norleen (Ray) Matyshyn , and Jerry (Marylou) Nicharot. Donna was also a loving aunt, great aunt, and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Pauline (nee Damico) Nicharot and a sister, Pat Berry (Bill). The family will receive friends on Friday, October 12, 2018, from 4:00 pm until the time of her service at 7:30 pm., in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst.
