UPHOFF, Chauncey Warren Also unknown as C.B. Boff died Dec. 14, 2004 in Boulder, CO. Chauncey, born in Jan 4, 1940 in Flora, ILL was the only son of Julianna Crippin Uphoff and Chauncey Milton Uphoff. Chauncey was an independent contractor in orbital mechanics in the So. Ca. area for many years before moving to Niwot, CO. There he founded Fortune Eight, Aerospace Industries Inc. Chauncey is survived by his loving Mother, Julianna; his adoring wife Linda Dorn Uphoff and his four children: Vandy of Pasadena, CA., Karinda of Boulder, CO. and Ryan and Christina of Niwot, CO. Funeral services Will be Monday, Dec. 20, 2004 at 2 p.m. at Crist Mortuary in Boulder, with a viewing from noon until 2:00. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to The Chauncey Uphoff Memorial Fund, Firstbank of Boulder, 6500 Lookout Rd., Boulder, CO. 80301 which is to be used as an education fund for his children.
