Charles Hubatka, age 67, of Fort Walton Beach passed away at his home on September 1, 2018. He was born on August 8, 1951 to Charles and Dorothy Hubatka III in Elizabeth, NJ. He served20 years in the United States Air Force. He also spent 20 years in HVAC. He loved fishing, hunting, and cooking. He is proceeded in death by his father, Charles Hubatka III and grandsons Brandon Wallen and Christopher Hubatka. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Hubatka of West Minster, MD; sister Linda (George) Boggs of Millers, MD; brother Richard Hubatka of Phoenix, AZ, and his loving wife of 46 years Kathie; children, Michele (Jeromy) Williams of Niceville; Charles (Angela) V of Fort Walton Beach; James (Nikki) of Decatur, AL; Thomas (Ashlee Hood) of Fort Walton Beach; Charles VI, and Briana and Caleb of Fort Walton Beach; Nine grandchildren and two great-grandsons. Mr. Hubatka will be laid to rest at Barrancas National Cemetery with full military honors on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 1:30pm.
