Dolores Bombalski
Dolores Bombalski, 93, of New Kensington, died Wednesday, June 9, 2021, in her home. She was born March 31, 1928, in Natrona, to the late Joseph and Frances Kozlowski Klukaszewski, and was a lifelong resident of the local area. Mrs. Bombalski was a member of Mount St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington, Ezekiel 37 Prayer Group and was a Christian Mother at St. Ladislaus. She taught CCD and Sacramental Preparation at Blessed Sacrament and had also worked as an operator for Bell Telephone. She was a devout prayer warrior for the salvation of her family. She is survived by her six children, Robert Bombalski, of Florida, David Bombalski, of Arnold, Thomas Bombalski, of Freeport, Timothy (Gerry) Bombalski, of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mary (Michael) Moore, of Florida, and Joan (Chris) Peconi, of Lower Burrell; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bombalski; brother, Harry Lucas; and sister, Sister Joan Irene Klukaszewski. Friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass at 9 a.m. Saturday in Mount St. Peter Church, 100 Freeport Road.
