Thomas M. Smith Penn Yan - Thomas M. Smith, age 70, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Patricia Brown; four step-children, Scott (Maelee) Miller, Joseph (Bonnie) Miller, Patricia Shriver (John Bell) and Alicia Miller; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; mother, Thelma Smith; four brothers, Robert (Bonnie) Smith, Richard Smith (Pat Hunter), Stephen Smith (Gail Loveland) and David (Robin) Smith; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, James A. Smith; brother, James M. Smith; and sister-in-law, Kristen Smith. Tom was born and raised in Canandaigua and attended Canandaigua schools. He was a US Army veteran. Tom worked for Constellation Brands for 28 years and was presently working at Ferro Inc in Dresden. He enjoyed travel, sports and spending time with family and friends. Friends may call Monday, April 19, from 5-7 pm, at Johnson-Kennedy Funeral Home, Inc., 47 N. Main St., Canandaigua. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Canandaigua.
