Shirley Ann Olenick BATH Shirley Ann Olenick, 79, of Bath, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospice House, of Bethlehem. She was the loving wife of Edward J. Olenick, Sr., they celebrated 54 years of marriage on November 26th. Shirley was born on March 25, 1941 to the late Melvin Fisher and Edna A. (Schoenenberger) Fisher. Shirley enjoyed listening to music, gardening, baking, watching movies, shopping and spending time with her family. She worked at Keppel's IGA in Bath, for the bakery dept. where she loved and had a talent for decorating cakes. She also held various cleaning jobs throughout the years. Shirley was a member of Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church, of Moorestown, PA. In addition to her husband, Shirley is deeply missed by children, Tracey Ann Silfies and her husband Steward, of Danielsville, PA, Edward J. Olenick, Jr. and his wife Angela, of Henryville, PA; granddaughters, Emily and Abbie Olenick; brother, Larry Fisher and his wife Linda, of Orefield, PA; sisters-in-law, Eileen Fratangelo and her husband Tony, Arlene Olenick and her companion John, all of Hackettstown, NJ; also by many nephews and nieces. Family and friends of Shirley are invited to a walkthrough visitation on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 AM at the Joseph F. Reichel Funeral Home Inc., 220 Washington Park, Nazareth, PA 18064. A maximum of 10 visitors will be allowed in the funeral home to pay their respects at one time, rotations will be in place to accept all visitors. A Prayer Service will follow at the funeral home at 11:00 AM, presided by Pastor Brett Ian Jenkins. Burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery, of Moorestown. At all times, social distancing will be practiced, with the requirement of wearing face masks. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Shirley's memory to "Alzheimer's Association" and mailed to: National Processing Center Alzheimer's Association - PO BOX 96011 Washington DC 20090, or to "Holy Cross Evangelical Lutheran Church" and mailed to: 696 Johnson Rd., Nazareth, PA 18064.
