In memory of
Corrine Morales
12/17/1941 - 01/16/2021 Corrine Morales was born in Santa Clara, NM to Cyrilda Placencio Gomez and Andres Duran Gomez. She was a loan officer, a poll worker, a dedicated patriot, and a loving wife, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her undying love for her family was her top priority, and her selfless generosity was felt by family, friends, and strangers alike. A citizen of Whittier, CA for 60+ years, she adored her community, and her love of children fueled her passion as a Girl Scout Leader. Corrine instilled in her grandchildren a duty to give back whenever possible. She is survived by her children Robert Morales, Richard Morales, and Catherine Persich (Shawn), and her grandchildren Candice, Richard Jr., Raquel, Samantha, Cheyenne, and Andres, as well as her great-grandchildren Savannah, Madison, and Sabrina Marie. To her family and many adopted family members - too many to list - she will forever be our guardian angel. She passed on January 16th, 2021, a beautiful day to go to heaven. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
