Karen Griffin West Melbourne - Karen Griffin (née Heusinkveld) passed away peacefully on December 20, 2020, in Rockledge, Florida. Karen was born on February 13, 1938 in Maurice, Iowa. She spent much of her adult life in Melbourne, Florida where she raised her children and worked for Radiation, Inc., Harris Corp., COMSAT, and Ascent Entertainment. She will be remembered as an intelligent, caring, disciplined, strong, and passionate daughter, mother, wife, and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Frances, her sister, Beverly Bloemendaal, her brother, Claire Heusinkveld, as well as her husband, John Griffin.
