Phyllis was born on September 25, 1943 and passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Phyllis was a resident of Humnoke, Arkansas at the time of her passing. Funeral services are being conducted by Roller England Funeral Home 501 842-3939. Services will be Saturday December 26 2015 at Roweâs Chapel Baptist Church in Humnoke at 11:00 A. M. Bro. Pat Fulmer will be officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service also at the church. Burial will follow at Flynn Cemetery.
