Brigit Brat Resident of Mountain View 47, passed away unexpectedly on August 11, 2011. She graduated in 1982 from Hudson Falls High School and served in the US Navy. She composed, performed and recorded music as one-woman band, God's Girlfriend. She designed and built specialty guitars for herself and other entertainers. She was currently enrolled in Foothill College. She is survived by mother Gloria Gilman of Hudson Falls NY, siblings Nancy Gilman of Queensbury NY, Lorraine Gilman of Boston MA, Brian Gilman of East Northport NY. She will be fondly remembered by long time friend RC Williams, companion Gia Deland and many loving friends. Funeral services will be private and at a later date. The family asks that memorial contributions be made to www.itgetsbetter.org .
