Dollerd, Brad S. ORLANDO, Fla. Brad S. Dollerd, 30, passed away suddenly March 25, 2008. Brad was a 1997 graduate of Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School and, in 2000, he graduated from the New England Culinary Institute. In Orlando, he had worked at the Peabody Hotel, the Hue and most recently the Bristol on Park Ave. Survivors include his mother, Darlene Dollerd (Frank Houghton) of Selkirk; father, Steve Dollerd of Fla.; sister, Amy Dollerd of Ravena; aunts, Barbara (Thomas) Brown of Hornell, and Michelle (Daryl) Simmons of R.I.; and uncles, Michael (Tami) Donovan of Hornell and Raymond (Cindy) Donovan of Coxsackie. Relatives and friends may call at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena on Friday, April 4, 2008 from 4 to 7 p.m. All other services will be private at the convenience of the family.
