Beatrice H. Buehler February 6, 2019 Beatrice H. Buehler, 89 of Syracuse passed away peacefully on February 6, 2019 in Rochester. Native of Syracuse, Bea was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Skurka) Buehler. Lifetime communicant of Assumption Church and the Valedictorian of the Class of 1947 at Assumption High School. Bea was an amazing great-aunt and she spent a great deal of time with her great-nephews during their childhood. A natural craftswoman, she made clothing for family members and costumes for local parades and Halloween celebrations and also enjoyed sending fresh baked cookies to her great-nephews. Predeceased by her parents and her siblings, Rita and Charles Buehler SURVIVED BY: One sister, Judy Buehler of North Syracuse and one brother, Robert (Lorraine) Buehler of Columbus, OH; several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on THURSDAY, February 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Assumption Church, 812 N. Salina Street, Syracuse. Burial will be private in Assumption Cemetery.
