Barbara S. Rose Evansville, IN Barbara S. Rose, a mother and wife who was loved by many, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 16th, 2018. Born in Evansville to the late Guy and Marguerite Musgrave, she attended Bosse High School and graduated in 1961. She is preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Hauschild; and her brother, Kent Musgrave. Barbara is survived by her husband of 57 years, Larry M. Rose, whom she married on December 3rd, 1961. She was the loving mother of 4 children, James Rose (Susie), David Rose (Cyndi), Susan Woodall (William), and Larry W. Rose. She is also survived by her half-sister, Pamela Hickey. Barbara was also a loving grandmother to Heather Fuller, Michael Rose, Christopher Woodall, Dylan Woodall, Hailea Rose, Max Rose, Teresa Elsfelder, April Jennings, David Smith and Gene Smith; great-grandmother to Jarrett Elsfelder, Cheyanna Smith, Jessika Elsfelder, Aleasha Berfanger, Brianna Smith, Starrlyn Smith, Shane Smith, Katy Smith, Arieonna Smith, Noah Fuller, and Lily Fuller; and great-great-grandmother to Remington Smith. On behalf of the family of Barbara Rose, we would like to extend our gratitude and love to the faculty and staff of Signature Healthcare in Newburgh, IN. Barbara will be greatly missed by her family and others. We can take comfort knowing that she is in the care of our Father. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, with private burial to follow at Alexander Memorial Park.
