Amanda Baze
Amanda Baze, age 43, passed away after a long and courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis on Wed. Aug. 3, 2005 at her home in Yukon surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 25, 1962 in Tulsa and had been a life long OKC area resident, living in Yukon since 1991. Amanda was a member of Our Lords Community Church in OKC where she was very active in the children's ministry and was a very positive witness to everyone. She enjoyed writing, being outdoors and being with her family, and had been a Rainbow Girl, and had been in the Flag Corp. at PC West and OU. Amanda was a blessing to all who knew her from the moment of her birth until her passing. Survivors include her husband Scott, son Luke, and daughter Abby all of the home, parents Mitch & Fleeta Baker of OKC, brother Drew Baker and family of OKC and numerous other loved ones. Amanda's family would like to thank Vista Care Hospice for their wonderful care these past few months. A memorial service will be held at Our Lords Community Church on Tues., Aug. 9 at 2 PM.
