  ALBERT SMITH   Albert transitioned peacefully on Sunday, September 2, 2018, surrounded by his family. Left to cherish fond memories are his son, Marvin Smith (Michelle) and Keith Riggs. He is also survived by a devoted adopted daughter, Zarnita L. Marshall; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. On Friday, September 14, the family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. until the hour of celebration at 11 a.m. at: First Rising Mount Zion Baptist Church, 602 N Street NW. Interment, Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. Professional services entrusted to John T. Rhines Funeral Home.
