Tracy and her twin sister was born in Edmonton, to Shirley and Dennis Fowler on Oct 25, 1971 as was the norm for multiple births when living in the N.W.T. She attended Kelly Road Secondary School. During this time, she married her true love Sean Ceperley on April 26,1997. They are blessed with 3 children Robyn, Brandon, and Laura. In 2010 Tracy was diagnosed with a rare skull based Sarcoma. She underwent a successful surgery and was sent to Loma Linda for follow up Proton radiation. Unable to return to work at full capacity. Being quoted "as only being normal now after a brain surgery". She focused on family and volunteered with various organizations, more recently with Sarcoma research and Trigeminal Neuralgia awareness, to help spread the word about these rare illnesses as well as providing support for others. Last October Tracy was diagnosed with Pleomorphic giant cell pulmonary primary high grade malignancy with rapid tumour progression. Tracy did not want to leave us and we find comfort in knowing she has been reunited with her loving dad, Dennis Fowler.
