In memory of
Stuart ARMSTRONG
ARMSTRONG, Stuart It is with profound sadness that the family of Stuart (Stu) A. Armstrong announces his passing in Ajax on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at age 53. Stu was the son of Don and Theresa (Terry) Armstrong. He left behind his beloved wife of 25 years Sheri-Lynn and their dearly loved daughter Gillian. Many family and friends were left to mourn including his brother Tom (Carol) and sister Brenda (Joe Borracci). Stu was blessed to have five incredible nieces – Marisa, Shannon, Caterina, Giuliana and Jennifer, all of whom he spoke of with love and pride. Stu was always excited by his work and the people he met. Early in his life, he worked for McDonald's in Ottawa and made many lifelong pals. Thanks Paul and Kathy. He moved to Toronto and went on to enjoy many other assignments including operations in Moscow and SkyDome Toronto, and he mastered every challenge. Most recently he worked with an amazing team at Job Skills as a Business Coach. One of his greatest pleasures was seeing his clients succeed in opening their own businesses. In accordance with Stu's wishes, an Irish wake (Celebration of Life) will be held to share memories with family and friends on January 29, 2017, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at St. John the Apostle Church Hall, 2340 Baseline Road. Please feel free to bring your memories of Stu. Donations in his memory can be made to the Parkinson's Society or the West End Villa Garden Fund, 2179 Elmira Drive, Ottawa K2C 3S1.
