In memory of
MARGARET ALICE CURRY (nee Jillings) Margaret, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 9, 2017, at the age of 94 years. Margaret was born in Struan, Saskatchewan, on April 2, 1922, so named by her grandmother from the highlands of Scotland when granny was postmistress there at the beginning of the town. After Dick died in 2009, Margaret moved back to Regina to be close to her daughter, Ann. Margaret was very neighbourly, and was an active member of her church auxiliary, but her love and support for her family always came first. She was predeceased by her parents, Ernie and Mary Jillings, and only sibling, Chuck Jillings. Margaret is survived by her children, Vance (Christine), Ann, Ronald (Wendy), and Bruce (Alyson); nine grandchildren; six 'precious great ones', not to mention sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends. There will be no funeral service. A private family gathering will be held. In lieu of flowers friends so wishing may make memorial donations in Margaret's name to the charity of your choice.
