Leonard Michael Banga It is with a broken heart that I announce the passing of my dear husband, Leonard Michael Banga, age 42. He died on October 10, 2016 from injuries sustained from a plane crash. He was a loving father and grandfather. Len, the love of my life and my best friend was unstoppable, brave, daring, hardworking, loyal, generous and a bad egg. When Len had a dream, idea or a vision, he always went to the X-treme. Going to work every day wasn't a job for Len. He was going in to see the other side of his family. He was an inventor, entrepreneur, founder and a 10 out of 10 friend. There is a saying in business, "Anybody can be replaced." But whoever said that never met Lenny. Leonard is cherished by his wife Michelle; daughters, Promise and Brooklyn; and granddaughter, Nixyn; his parents, Mike and Elsie; his siblings, Patricia (Reg) Fairburn, Thomas (Roberta), Scott (Connie), Leanne (Kevin), Les (Robin), Linda (Darcy) Korol; mother-in-law, Faith Koopman; sisters-in-law, Vanessa (Trevor), Jennifer (Solomon); and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. A service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 19 at Circle Drive Alliance Church, 3035, Preston Avenue, Saskatoon, SK. Private Interment will be held at a later date. We would like to thank all the first responders involved in getting our boys out.
