WAGHRAY, Ingrid Elizabeth August 31, 1951 – Eatonia, Saskatchewan January 12, 2017 – Calgary, Alberta Ingrid beloved wife of Ranjit Waghray of Calgary, AB, passed away on January 12, 2017 at the age of 65 years. Ingrid was born in Eatonia, Saskatchewan to Emma and Gottfried Lutz. She was the eldest of six; sister to Ellen, Dorothy (Ray), Wilfred, Martin and Walter. She grew up in Eatonia, and later moved to Saskatoon where she worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Royal University Hospital. It was there that she met her loving husband of 30 years, Ranjit. She was a caring and devoted mother to her three sons, Derek, Justin and Miles. The family moved to Calgary in 2001, where she spent her remaining years. Ingrid had a passion for news, politics and travel. Ingrid was diagnosed with lung cancer in January of 2014. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com . In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation. In living memory of Ingrid Waghray, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park.
