Pigeon, Lyman It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lyman Pigeon on Friday, October 14, 2016. Lyman was born January 27, 1933 on the farm in Rouleau district. He was predeceased by parents Ferne and Henry Pigeon; sons Rod and Shawn; granddaughter Brandi; brothers-in-law Don Bennett and Dan Bokamyer and other family members and friends. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Doreen; son Richard (Anne) Pigeon; daughter Deborah Stoppler; grandchildren Chris (Carlie) Stoppler, Eddie (Pam) Pigeon, Ben, Megan, Katie (Cody) Pigeon; great- grandchildren Abigail, Hannah, Olivia, Nico, Aidan, Amryn and Carson; brother Douglas (Evelyn) Pigeon; sisters-in-law Sandra Bokamyer and Virginia Bennett and many nieces and nephews. Although Lyman became ill with Parkinson's, he enjoyed celebrating his and Doreen's 60th anniversary with family and friends. It was a wonderful memory for him to enjoy in the following months. At Lyman's request there will be no funeral service. For those so wishing, memorial donations may be directed to the Parkinson's Foundation, 610 Duchess St., Saskatoon, S7K 0R1. In living memory of Lyman, a memorial planting will be made by W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Home. Please sign the memorial register online at: (Obituaries). Blake Seebach - Funeral Director
