MELOCHE, Gerald Joseph "Gerry" On October 12, 2016 at the age of 88 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Windsor on May 25, 1928. Loving husband of Geraldine (Gerry) nee Foley, formerly Quigley and the late Anne Crowe (1981). Son of Margaret (St. Antoine) and Roy Meloche. Beloved father of Mary Anne and husband Wayne Marleau of Windsor and Michael Anthony LeRoy Meloche of Calgary, AB. Stepfather to Laura Clark (Jim) of Northville, Michigan, Steve (Cynthia) Quigley of Oakville, Ontario, Patricia Baker (Tom) of Amherstburg, Ontario and Tim Quigley (Ana Sofia) of LaPaz, Bolivia, S.A. Cherished grandfather to Tiffany (Dustin), Erica, Vanessa, Jordan, Jacob, Christian, Jason, Brandon, Leanne (Joe), Jesse, Derek (Nicole), Daniel. Great-grandfather to 12. Gerry was a respected high school teacher for 33 years, retiring after 27 years at F.J. Brennan in Windsor. He enjoyed golfing, curling, travel, reading and a good nap. He was an honorary member of the Knights of Columbus Branch 4924. If you so desire, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family.
