Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes; we never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. 

Which credit card or payment types are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

How will this order charge appear on my credit card statement?

The order charge will appear as a purchase from Legacy.com.

What happens after I place my flowers order?

When your flowers order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive a confirmation email. Your order will be sent to local florist for fulfillment. If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail.

When your Printed Guest Book order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive a confirmation email. Your order will be sent to our printing facility for fulfillment. If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail.

Are there any Additional Charges/fees?

Our flowers arrangements are either hand arranged and delivered by a local florist or shipped in a gift box. Additional Service fees based on a type of arrangement will be applied to your flowers order.

Will I be charged with any taxes?

Yes, taxes will be calculated based on delivery zip code.

Do you offer flowers delivery outside United States?

We deliver flowers in the United States, territories of the United States, and Canada.

Do you offer Printed Guest Book delivery outside United States?

We deliver Printed Guest Books in the United States and territories of the United States.
